30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
Please contact us at info@wexov.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Approved returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center. Return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Restocking Fee

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@wexov.com. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
For defective or incorrect items, you will receive a full refund. No return shipping is required. We will confirm the issue and process your refund promptly.
Returns – Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Cancellations, Address Changes, or Order Modifications
If you wish to cancel your order, update your shipping address, or make any changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@wexov.com. All requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@wexov.com within 24 hours of receiving your order for assistance and return instructions.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must remain unused and in the same condition as received.
